Job Description:	Coordinate development and implementation of site-specific EHS plans and procedures consistent with corporate and business unit policy, standards and goals Regularly review EHS performance, compliance and management systems and drive continuous improvement Coordinate actions required for compliance with applicable requirements Obtain EHS permits and governmental approvals as necessary for any new or modified plant operations. Coordinate and ensure delivery of required/appropriate EHS training for site staff Ensure timely submission of required EHS reports Coordinate review and analysis of incidents and implementation of corrective actions Facilitate communication among plant personnel on EHS issues Regularly communicate with plant staff, management, business unit EHS coordinator and corporate staff as appropriate on EHS issues, performance and challenges Attend EHS meetings sponsored by TE Obtain training as needed. Qualifications*: Strong commitment to EHS compliance and continuous improvement Ability to communicate effectively with plant staff, management and others Ability to prioritize issues BS in EHS related field plus 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
